Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel your Pari Luxury Giftsorder for any reason, please notify us by email at [email protected] before 6:00pm on the day of ordering. Please quote your order reference number together with your name and contact details.

If your Pari Luxury Gifts has already been despatched, you may still cancel an unwanted order as long as you give us notice of cancellation in writing (letter, fax or email) within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately this does not apply to products which have been personalised or perishable goods such as flowers and food.

For cancelled orders where cancellation is received before despatch, we’ll issue a full refund including our delivery charge. We will make this refund within 30 days of your notice of cancellation and we will only make it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. If the gift has been delivered or dispatched, we would like the unwanted gift to be returned to within 7 days of purchase to the address provided by the returns department.

It is important that you have taken reasonable care of the unwanted Pari Luxury Gifts products and return them in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that they are undamaged and unused.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage of your unwanted Pari Luxury Gifts product so we recommend using a courier company to be sure it gets back to us.

Return of Incorrect or Faulty Products
We very much hope you will never have cause to read this section of our Terms & Conditions. In the unfortunate event that the contents of your Pari Luxury Gifts are in any way faulty, incorrect or damaged please returns it to us within 7 days of receipt.

We will naturally then refund the cost of your return postage as well as the price of the Pari Luxury Gifts and our delivery charge. We recommend using a courier to be sure it gets back to us.
